Abstract


Effective competition is the state of the economies of scale and competitive vigor of a coordinated and compatible ideal. Weaponry research and production of non-public enterprises to participate in the competition is to take into account the requirements of the economies of scale in the defense industry, but also to meet the demands for reform of the orientation of weaponry research and production competition, a competitive gains significantly greater than moderate competitive cost competition .
