In order to use more effecient resources,the pattern of engineering subcontract will be more used in the international construction market,it is suitable for the large-scale construction project especially,including hydropower project construction. At present,the execution of the Subcontract Works in hydroelectric project has already become a kind of engineering construction pattern , the subcontract management is requisite to modern enterprise ,which will influence the image and benefit of this enterprise immediately. In a word :How to perform the subcontract management work well,play advantage the execution of the subcontract Works to the utmost extent,and mitigate risks in the the execution of the subcontract Works as far as possible,will be the the core of competing in hydropower project construction market in the future. Our country’s water conservation water and electricity“the start from study”,through this unceasing explorations,causes the engineering subcontract management have been perfected day by day by the continuous exploration of hydraulic and hydrelectric construction industry in more than 20 years since they learned Lu Buge’s experiences .Although the engineering subcontract management develops very fast in our country,and also has made many magnificent progresses,but there are loopholes of management in work process of hydropower project,which makes the construction quality,the progress,and the cost sell at a discount greatly,and has caused a lot of potential safety hazard.In order to solve these problems,all the hydroelectric construction projects are groping and discussing ceaselessly,and have summarized many good means. At present,subcontract management of hydroelectric project in our country is also at the exploration stage.Analytic hierarchy process is a decision-making of many objects method which combines methods of quantitative analysis and analysis. This method is also used in engineering project management frequently,which can elect the project plan,therefore it can be used for the subcontract plan election of the hydroelectric project.This article unifies the status of hydroelectric subcontract management ,find and analyze,problems through the engineering example,and summarize the reasonable and effective managerial approach.Then explores organizational structure fundamental mode of owner project management at the construction stage in the large-scale hydroelectric project.And discuss the hydroelectric subcontract management in cost control,quality control,progress control, contract management,etc. This article proposes the analytic hierarchy process to elect the subcontract plan of the hydroelectric project ,and use it in the subcontract plan election of xiaowang hydropower station,make the theory rich and perfect in reality.
