Abstract

One of the most effective means to improve diesel power per liter increase boost pressure turbocharger diesel engine matching become more prominent than the high-pressure, high efficiency turbo adoption. Turbocharger can not meet the need for diesel engine running conditions, so that part of the load torque, increased heat load. In order to improve part-load performance of the diesel engine, to better meet the needs of as a the marine host of performance requirements, this paper presents a study Marine V-size turbo diesel engine using sequential turbocharging based TBD234V12 diesel engine, supercharged three districts feasibility. First establish the mathematical model of the various subsystems of supercharged diesel engine, with zero-dimensional model of a computational model of the cylinder working process; modeling one-dimensional unsteady flow model of gas flow in the inlet and exhaust pipe, and the limited use of The volume method discrete partial differential control equation; mathematical model according to the equilibrium conditions of the exhaust gas turbocharger, exhaust gas turbocharger. Followed by the application of GT-Power simulation software to establish a steady-state routine supercharged diesel engine simulation model, the model checking by diesel engines routine pressurization test data, and Kind, N_e = Cn ~ 3 propeller characteristics matching study of group size turbocharger, supercharger, select T series Garrett turbochargers, elected according to the match run line diesel engine compressor characteristic chart, and according to the running of the propeller engine performance parameters than Jia turbocharger. Finally, on using the size of the turbine have the pressurization system TBD234V12 diesel engine load characteristics and limiting characteristics simulation research diesel engine using a small turbocharger, the torque the turbocharger work, as well as two turbocharger simultaneously work The change of power, fuel consumption and other performance parameters, and drawn on the basis of both the diesel engine in three state universal characteristic curve. The results show that sequential turbocharging system of the size of the turbine, the power range to expand, low fuel consumption and area expansion, 764r/min to 1500 r / min speed 1TC state throughout the torque range fuel consumption than 2TC low and low in speed and high load region, the exhaust gas temperature is reduced. The visible size turbo technology is to improve the working conditions are of low high P_e diesel engine, broadening the range of diesel engines to run effective measures.
