Abstract


Blasting technique has been widely used in blasting demolition of the city , but for blasting dust hazards and there is no effective control . This article describes a method of explosion mist dust , this approach not only reduces the cost and labor intensity control dust , can effectively improve the efficiency of dust absorption , is a simple, effective and suitable for promotion . The main content of this thesis is as follows : First, the analysis of blasting dust sources , characteristics , and has brought about a number of hazards, several typical analog blasting dust dust source particle size analysis by laser particle size analyzer another use of high - speed photography of the speed of movement of the dust after the explosion , duration analysis ; Secondly , the introduction of a the mist broken , spilled the mechanism , the use of computer simulation software to simulate the explosion mist near-field movement , and use the high - speed photography of the same state experiment results are fit ; computer simulation using AUTODYN SPH solver , this solver to solve the high Vera 's differential grid method grid tangles and distorted so that new methods and new ideas ; solving such problems again , mist removal mechanism ; using the new method , the cheap chemical dust suppressants added to the explosion of water bag , and study the different concentration dust suppressants under the influence of the different properties of dust absorption experiments , the added dust suppressants dust absorption efficiency than the original was significantly higher ; Finally, the dust theory and laboratory results , water bag method and other dust- explosion means of combining the use of actual urban demolition blasting engineering practice ; urban demolition blasting dust some ideas and suggestions put forward at the end of this article .
