Abstract


After India's independence , in order to build a socialist type of society \After decades of development , the drawbacks of public enterprises is gradually exposed , low economic efficiency , and a lot of the losses caused by the country 's serious financial burden from the 1980s , India began to rectify public enterprises , in a bid to improve economic efficiency . The early 1990s , the Rao government for large-scale reform of public enterprises is regarded as a major turning point in the development of public enterprises .
