Objective To compare the abdominal , vaginal and laparoscopic three different surgical methods in the treatment of benign ovarian cysts clinical indicators and health economics indicators , to investigate the clinical value of the three approaches . Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 227 cases of surgical treatment of ovarian cysts surgery time , blood loss , hospital stay , postoperative exhaust time , after bed time , analgesics , incidence of complications and hospitalization costs and compared. The results of the three groups of patients operative time , blood loss , hospital stay , postoperative exhaust time after getting out of bed the difference between the time , the application of analgesics , incidence of complications and hospitalization costs were statistically significant . Conclusions Laparoscopic surgery and vaginal surgery as a minimally invasive surgery , shorter operation time than conventional open surgery , reduced blood loss , rapid postoperative recovery , the complication rate is small , there are certain clinical value . But the relatively high cost of laparoscopic surgery , the instrument requires . Vaginal surgery is only suitable for married patients with inflammatory mass and chocolate cysts greater limitations . Laparotomy to adapt to a wide range of easy to grasp , especially suitable for preoperative except malignant ovarian cyst . Generally speaking , each of three surgical indications , advantages and disadvantages , in clinical applications can not completely replace each other . Doctors according to their own expertise and the patient's condition and the type of tumor , choose the appropriate surgical approach .
