Objective:There are a lot of factors which affect the fracture healing of femoral neck fracture, such as age,sex,fracture location,fracture type,bone quality,and anesthesia,surgical time, surgical approach,preoperative disease co-exist,pre-injury health status,pre-injury self-care ability,time and weight-bearing fields after post-operative complications,which come from results of the study and clinical experience at the present time.Now the patients who are hospital surgical neck fracture of the hollow pin the use of internal fixation in Chinese medicine hospital in Jiangsu Province have been selected to explore effects of hip fracture healing and function recovery in the choosing timing of post-operative weight-bearing according to observation of different weight-bearing time choosing,inorder to further guide clinical practice.Methods:This thesis includ literature research and retrospective observational study two major parts,the first part of the literature studies is the review of the femoral neck fracture etiology and pathogenesis,anatomy,classification,treatment methods etc.in systematically,it analysis many factors which effect to hip fracture healing and function recovery.The second part of a retrospective observational study:select 45 surgery patients who used hollow screw fixation methods,they are divided into three different groups（2 week,1 month and 3 month group） 15 people in each group,according to time of weight-bearing after the operation.Then develop a clinical observation table,do the effect score for the two groups,carry out health education,basic nursing（such as restrictions on the treatment of weight-bearing）,remove other obvious factors that affect the healing of patients in time,added the appropriate cases（specific criteria reference to some research）,evaluate their symptoms improved accoeding the standard Harris hip function score,finally complete statistical analysis.Results:In clinical studies found that three groups of treatment efficacy score Harris standard 2 week group compared with the 3 month group（P <0.05）,and the observations after 3 months and six months have the same results,but fracture healing in the three groups on comparison is P> 0.05,there is no significant difference on statistics.Conclusion:There are many factors of prognosis in femoral neck fracture and function recovery among surgery of hollow screw fixation.Three is no specific standards in time of weight-bearing after surgery,the diverges are more and it also has a larger time span.It is generally considered that three months after surgery is appropriate time to weight-bearing in TCM,however westen medicine prefer to early exercises.Through a retrospective follow-up studies,after loading a different time for fracture healing and functional recovery is not significantly affected.However,based on the retrospective observation of the number of patients, and their generally more expensive than the patient’s age,so have to be further research and a long time,the observation of many patients,degree of tumor shrinkage effect.And also to some extent It can reduce blood levels of target and sex hormones,especially reducing shear viscosity of whole blood（5/s）,estradiol E2 and progesterone P level.It turn out that uterine leiomyoma is related to day-to-day diet,mental state,suffering from its own constitution and is closely to other diseases,excessive consumption of bee products,freeze-dried powder,concentrated milk and other nutritious food,depression,etc,according to the questionnaire of Patients with uterine leiomyoma.
