Objective: To observe the effect of fine-tuning the 3rd party ( WD - 3 ) ??the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer, the patient 's physical status , clinical symptoms, the short-term effect of solid tumors , tumor marker and reduce the side effects of chemotherapy effect and by serum pharmacology the experimental method of research WD - 3 inhibition of HT - 29 , Lovo colon cancer cell proliferation and induce apoptosis . Method : group observed 60 patients with advanced colorectal cancer patients , divided into WD - chemotherapy group ( treatment group) and standard chemotherapy control group , 30 cases in each . Treatment group taking the medicine to fine-tune the 3rd party ( WD - 3 ) ??, and co- L - OHP 5 - FU CF regimen ; control group were treated to L - OHP 5 - FU CF regimen . According to the Response Evaluation Criteria to observe the physical condition after the two groups of patients , the improvement of clinical symptoms , tumor markers CEA , CA19 - 9 of the changes , short-term effect of solid tumors and chemotherapy side effects , and statistical analysis of the two groups in the indicators differences. SRB assay WD - 3 HT - 29 , Lovo colorectal cancer cells proliferation and cell morphology observed by phase contrast microscope , Hoechst 33258 staining results , Annexin V - FITC apoptosis detection , research WD - 3 induced . HT - 29 , LoVo colon cancer cell apoptosis . Results: to improve the physical condition , relieve symptoms , and reduce the side effects of chemotherapy , the treatment group compared with the control group , the difference was statistically significant. The short-term effect of the solid tumors , considerable efficiency with the control group , the disease control rate was higher , there are significant differences in the two groups . No significant difference between two groups of tumor RIA indicators . Inhibition of cell proliferation detected in the concentration range of 10% to 40 % , WD - 3 rabbit serum on HT - 29 , LoVo cell proliferation inhibition than normal rabbit serum , there was significant difference , while for higher concentrations ( more than 40% ) , there was no significant difference . Cell morphology , Hoechst 33258 staining results , Annexin V - FITC apoptosis detection that WD - 3 rabbit serum induced HT - 29 , Lovo cells apoptosis than normal rabbit serum . Conclusion: Chinese fine - tune the 3rd party ( WD - 3 ) ??in the treatment of patients with advanced colorectal cancer can improve the physical condition, relieve symptoms , stable lesions to improve disease control rate , reduce the side effects of chemotherapy . WD - 3 induction of HT - 29 , LoVo colon cancer cell apoptosis , thus inhibiting tumor cell proliferation .
