Abstract


Adaptation and development of the basic tasks of the individual life course, young people face the most important two major topics. The process of development of young people, is a continuous improvement of the process of socialization, during this period, adolescents psychological adaptation in interaction with the social environment, the tendency of certain coping styles, the formation of individual social adaptability. The social adaptability affect individual understanding and feelings of social pressure, and also determines the individual to take what coping strategies to adapt to society. Due to the social adaptability individual differences, the individual in the process of social adaptation, the use of different mechanisms of adaptation, and the formation of the different levels of adaptation. This in itself has theoretical significance of personality psychology. Many psychologists recognize that social adaptability as a personality adjustment, individuals faced with stress, pressure, or the plight of its inherent personality traits necessary to cope with the assessment, mobilize the existing psychological resources and strategy 's handling of the crisis, to maintain a state of equilibrium so that the personality or psychological, if not handled properly, personality traits remain relatively stable, if the crisis never been able to handle, it will lead to instability of personality or even obstacles. The pressure processing response is entirely the result of interaction between individual personality and social support. Therefore, to study the characteristics of the adolescent social adaptability, the law has important practical significance and theoretical value. The main purpose of this study was to explore and understand the level and characteristics of adaptive social development of China's rural young people and influencing factors, prevention and diagnosis of adjustment disorder in adolescents, adolescent social adaptability level to promote quality education in rural areas better implementation psychological theories and empirical basis. In this study for rural adolescents, the use of the questionnaire, students' social adaptability scale, family functional scale, friendship quality questionnaire research tool to study the general characteristics of rural adolescent social adaptability, and to explore the social adaptability and family functioning, quality of friendship, the relationship between academic achievement, mainly to the following conclusions: (1) social adaptability order factors in four dimensions, only a sense of psychological advantage below the mid-point 3, the other three The dimensions are higher than the the the midpoint points and interpersonal adaptive highest. Below the mid-point of factor in fourteen of the second-order factor, only a sense of control and autonomy, others are higher than the midpoint of the points, which altruistic tendencies highest, followed by the optimistic tendency. The presence of two dimensions (2) rural youth social adaptability the psychological advantage flu and human adaptability significant gender differences in male adolescents in the sense of psychological advantage score significantly higher than that of female adolescents and female adolescents in interpersonal adaptability score significantly higher male adolescents. The dimension of the young people in social adaptability, as well as mental energy, interpersonal adaptability, mental flexibility exists significant grade main effects. Whether the parents work outside the home had no significant effect on social adaptability and dimension. (3) family functioning in rural adolescent friendship quality and social adaptability in four different levels of educational achievements, there are significant differences. Excellent academic adolescents in family functioning, friendship quality, social adaptability and academically good, moderate, poor teenagers. (4) family functions, interaction between friendship quality, academic achievement, and social adaptability four significantly related. (5) family functions, friendship quality, academically adolescent social adaptability strong predictive Specifically, family functions, friendship quality dimensions as well as the academic performance of each dimension of social adaptation predict different and predicted the existence of gender differences.
