The purpose of this study is to build , in theory, tacit knowledge content and structure, and accordingly scale preparation of the corresponding tacit knowledge as an effective tool of intelligence assessment practices . Based on this study and intellectual development of young people practice demographic variables , personality traits and other factors. The first chapter , reviewed and summed up on practical intelligence theory , practical intelligence theory assessment and practical factors affecting intellectual development studies . Chapter II , analysis of past research on the practice of mental deficiency , the overall concept proposed research , content, and assumptions. Chapter III , in theory, to build content and structure tacit knowledge , tacit knowledge , including adolescent self-regulation, self-development , communication relations , relationship management , goal management , and aids six dimensions. And accordingly the initial preparation of the \Studies show that the questionnaire has good item discrimination , reliability and validity. Chapter IV , using self \The results showed that: 1, young intellectual in general practice , the interaction of gender and age , gender and grade interaction , the interaction between age and grade , as well as gender, grade and age interaction was not significant . 2, Teenagers Practical Intelligence in general significant gender differences , women 's self-development and management of the relationship between two dimensions higher than boys . 3 , adolescents Practical Intelligence and the dimensions of the overall age or grade differences are significant, and with age or grade level increased and increased . Chapter V , the tacit knowledge of adolescent relationships and personality traits . The results showed that: 1 , adolescent personality dimension of agreeableness , openness, extraversion , and the responsibility to have a greater influence Practical Intelligence : extraversion , openness and agreeableness positively correlated with the level of practical intelligence , rigor and practice negatively correlated . 2 , adolescent mental dimension management practices and objectives of management and personality relationship is most closely associated .
