Abstract


The temperature chamber system in servo turntable, different from usual temperature controller, has some specialties. First, this system must be connected with the testing equipment of inertial instruments so it must satisfy the demands of the testing equipment’s accuracy and doesn’t affect technical index. Second, a little shift of the temperature and the ratio of temperature diversification may change the coefficient of the testing inertial instrument,because the inertial instrument is a kind of highly accurate measurement. Thus, a high precision temperature control is very important in the modern precision measurement system.Firstly, in order to satisfy the demand of a certain type of high-precision servo the turntable project, this paper presents the mechanical structure of the temperature control box based on thermodynamics and automatic control theory and introduces the identification method of the mathematics mode of temperature control system with respond of step method, and then the effect control law and the reasonable control system are confirmed by the mathematics mode and performance target request.Second, in order to eliminate time lag and nonlinear on dynamic characteristic of temperature control box, this paper imports Smith Predictor base on PID control arithmetic. Comparing the two algorithm’s simulation results, the Smith Predictor has superiority in solving system time lag misalignment and the guaranteeing time-lag system’s stable, but the control effect is not ideal when the model is not sure. In order to obtain the better control effect, this paper designs an online self tuning fuzzy-PID controller based on the fuzzy control. It is constituted by a traditionally PID controller and a Fuzzy adjusting mechanism. The Fuzzy adjusting mechanism organizes the policy-making table according to the manual control rule and adjusts the PID parameter online automatically, then decides the control quantity according to the table. This structure can be applied in each kind of controlled plant, it can be adjusted to achieve the best PID according to the different control targets and the control effect are improved greatly. This paper does simulation with different control algorithms and the tests proves that the Fuzzy-PID control has the advantages of both flexibility and adaptability, and also has high accuracy of the PID control features.At last, the software and hardware of temperature chamber system are designed by 80C196KC in this paper. The hardware design part includes the digital controller’s peripheral circuit design, the interface circuit design, sensor’s choice and the examination circuit design and so on, The software mainly includes the upper machine interface design and the lower machine interrupt program, simultaneously to enhance system’s reliability, some antijamming measure has been taken.After finishing designing and debugging of hardware circuit and software program, it doesn’t just make sure of the credibility and efficiency of the system but also achieves the precision and other targets set by the system.
