Abstract


This paper discusses the development process of the Property Management Information System . Analysis of the development and use of information systems in the status quo of China 's residential property management , and pointed out the problems at this stage of the need for the property management of information technology . Departure from the business requirements , functional model and the implementation of a residential property management system . After the actual needs analysis , combined with the concept of management information system development , the basic principles and methods of the structure and systems development , design and development of a residential property management system . In this paper, the Rational Unified Process (RUP) for software development method , the Unified Modeling Language (UML) for the analysis of the design description language . NET technology platform architecture , real property management information system requirements analysis and system design , specific analysis designed cell information management , finance charges , maintenance management , complaint management , parking management and owners of online information inquiry function modules . This paper analyzes the development status of the system development background and management information systems , and a brief description of the main problems of the system need to be addressed ; Summary description of the system as a whole ; demand for system analysis and architecture design is described in detail ; , and some the detailed design and implementation of the representative examples described .
