Abstract


The communication operator industry emergency communication support is an organic part of the national emergency management system , regardless of time of peace or a state of war , when communication network facilities damaged , performance degradation , abnormally high traffic or special communication support tasks under emergency communications required to restore the international, national , regional or local communication ability . Increasingly severe challenges brought about by the 2008 Olympic Games to be held on the network level of service provided by our various telecom companies , the protection measures put forward higher requirements . In this paper, the 2008 Olympic Henan Mobile Communications security work , the first to explore the significance of communication security work and work characteristics , work objectives ; then discusses the overall design of Henan Mobile 2008 Olympic communications support , and to analyze the effectiveness of program implementation . Next elaborated focus on two aspects of the research results achieved by the security work : a large communication security program design ideas, design principles , design steps ; another discusses the existing network conditions , the network of early warning divided into different levels of the red, orange, yellow and blue , respectively take targeted technical means to enhance the utilization of network equipment , to increase the anti-risk capability , enhanced security , and to achieve the purpose to enhance the emergency communication capabilities of the mobile network .
