Abstract


Surgery in the 20th century to the beginning of the 21st century , more than a decade , China's securities industry internal restructuring wave of large-scale , compared to most of the developed countries and regions in the international course of development of the securities industry , can be found when the development of the securities industry to a certain extent , market consolidation through mergers and acquisitions within the industry - only in order to further improve the market structure of the securities industry , increase market concentration , and the industry to become more mature and stable . In this paper, the SCP paradigm focus on three aspects of the market structure of China 's securities industry restructuring , restructuring and restructuring performance mode study on the restructuring of China 's securities industry issues . Market structure , concentration , respectively underwriting market and brokerage market concentration . In restructuring mode selection , a review of the restructuring practice and the difference between Chinese and foreign securities markets , respectively, from the large-scale and medium-sized securities companies to explore China's securities industry restructuring mode , and then analyze the specific ways of restructuring . Restructuring Performance , respectively, using time series data for the securities industry in 2002-2007 and 2007 106 brokerage sectional data , use metering regression analysis , and analysis of the relationship between market structure and performance of China's securities industry that the relationship between China's securities industry in line with the mix of conspiracy - efficient structure hypothesis , the stock market is the main external factors that determine the brokerage performance , market concentration and brokerages operating efficiency is the major internal factors affecting the performance of brokerage .
