This thesis, the background of China's securities market, by analyzing changes in the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock investment philosophy, with China's stock market is gradually developed to regulate the operation of the direction, the value investing philosophy will become the market mainstream investment philosophy, while at the same time The market will also be accompanied by the following changes: different stocks Qi Zhang Qi, or will a different stock ups and downs of different shift around their own values: high turnover of stock will be a smooth turnover transition: market investment by the investment purpose will simply get capital gains access to capital, profits and get all combination of changes in dividend payout. By analyzing the domestic and foreign investment in the existing method, combined with the specific situation of China's securities market, the paper, from the market in a commonly used indicator to proceed, select indicators, based on the financial characteristics of domestic listed companies from a new perspective, the use of statistical factor analysis, quantitative model of the value of the listed companies. Using multiple regression analysis method to predict the current price of the listed companies have investment value and reality stock price is too low, investors are looking for in the market not only for capital gains, but also get all the dividends payable. From a dynamic point of view, through the fitting method, the investment value of the company next year forecast, so that investors can be found to the future with a high-growth, the investment value of listed companies highlights early intervention, steady profit. This thesis consists of the following four parts: Part I: Introduction. Elaborated analysis of the investment value of listed companies in the background, purpose and meaning; analysis of the current situation at home and abroad about the investment value of listed companies and the research content and methods. The second part: the value of the stock investment analysis overview and analysis tools. The analysis carried out an overview of the investment value of listed companies, and to define its concept. Simultaneous analysis of the common shares of listed companies valuation model, as well as the usefulness and limitations in China's securities market. Part III: An Empirical Analysis. Full investment value analysis including macro-economic analysis, industry analysis and company analysis. Investment Value Analysis, the first macro-economic analysis, which focuses on the analysis of the macroeconomic environment and economic growth, it is the background and the premise of the industry analysis. Then there is the industry analysis, based on the status quo and change of the growth of the industry, the cyclical and competitive ability of the analysis, and finally selected 40 listed companies from 20 industries on this basis, for macroeconomic analysis, data, using statistical factor analysis and multiple linear regression method, respectively, to establish a quantitative model of the investment value of listed companies and the current investment price model, the use of them calculate the price of the investment value of listed companies and the current investment is an investment to provide the basis for investment. Part IV: the future investment value of listed companies predicted and empirical analysis.
