Abstract

Since 1864, H.Schiff first synthesized Schiff base Schiff base compounds and their metal ion complexes become more and more attention because of its variety of structures and a wide range of uses. Schiff base compounds having a carbonyl group of the aldehyde or ketone with a variety of primary amine by the condensation reaction of a class of compounds containing a C = N group, O, N, etc. Such compounds usually contain a plurality of donor atoms, easy combine to form a wide variety of metal complexes with metal ions, the hybrid orbital on the N atom has a lone pair of electrons, thereby imparting the important chemical and biological significance. Schiff base compounds have broad application prospects in many fields, such as the field of catalysis, magnetic materials, and biological activity of the field, has become in recent years, people are very concerned about the object of study. Superoxide dismutase (Superoxide Dismutase, SOD) is an important body of oxygen free radical scavengers, able to balance the body's oxygen free radicals, superoxide anion radical concentration is too high due to adverse so as to avoid when, at the same time SOD is a valuable medicinal enzymes. Since difficult to extract natural SOD, the use of high cost, so through the use of small molecule compounds to simulate the natural SOD become a popular research content, they are compared with the natural SOD, there are still a lot of problems, and therefore how to better mimic natural SOD There are a lot of work to do. The papers selected salicyl aldehyde Schiff base ligands, transition metal complexes were synthesized and investigated the reaction conditions, the ratio of reactants, type of solvent, anion and bridge Ligand complex structure. Measured by NBT light salicyl aldehydes Schiff base complexes proposed biological activity of the superoxide dismutase. Thesis to complete the following tasks: (1) salicylaldehyde reaction with primary amines containing different substituted groups synthesized 9 Schiff base ligand, and synthesis of its complexes with copper, zinc, nickel matter, characterization of X-ray single crystal structure determination, infrared spectroscopy and elemental analysis. (2) Synthesis of Schiff base ligands salicylaldehyde and its derivatives with primary amines in accordance with the molar ratio of 2:1, and thus synthesis of a series of copper, zinc heteronuclear complexes, they were X-ray single-crystal structure determination, characterization of infrared spectroscopy and elemental analysis. (3) by the NBT light method, the synthesis of the copper, zinc heteronuclear complexes intends superoxide dismutase bioactive Determination results show that some of the complexes have good activity.
