Abstract


At present, China's economic and social development is at an important period of development and prominent contradictions, contradictions and even deterioration of various interests, the impact of China's economic development and social harmony. It is in this context, the CPC Central Committee with Hu Jintao as general secretary timely put forward the scientific concept of development, urged all localities to conscientiously implement the scientific concept of development, and promote sound and fast economic and social development. Should be said that all localities to implement the scientific concept of development process has achieved some success, but many deep-seated conflicts of interest can not be resolved, a very important reason is that the current pattern of interests unreasonable uncoordinated and interference seriously hampered the development of science concept implemented. Marx pointed out: \This paper focuses on the perspective of the scientific development concept, the first chapter focuses on the interests of the Marxist analysis of the basic ideas, pointing out that \safeguarding the most fundamental interests of the masses is not only the basic ideas of Marxism, but also the inherent requirements of the scientific development concept. Break the existing pattern of interests unreasonable uncoordinated, reflecting the essential requirements of the scientific development concept. In the second chapter focuses on analysis of the highlights of the conflict of interest at this stage, combined with these contradictions, analyzes the salient features of this stage, the conflict of interest as well as the causes. The third chapter studies how to implement integration of interests, proposed the implementation of integration of interests need to adhere to the guiding ideology, the main aspects and basic requirements. Finally, the implementation of specific measures to integrate the interests, the interests of the smooth expression mechanism, a reasonable profit allocation mechanism, improve the mechanism for protection of the interests and the interests of effective restraint mechanism. In the fourth chapter, emphasizing the conflicts of interest inherent contradictions of social development, we need to correctly understand and rational response. Concluded that the interests of the integration on economic construction, social stability, and the party's ruling status and social development of great significance. In short, this is different from previous research interests through discussion with the scientific development concept integrating intrinsic link analysis highlights a variety of conflicts of interest at this stage, further emphasize the integration of interests in promoting the development of social sciences has important theoretical and practical significance.
