Objective: To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic malignant fibrous histiocytoma . Method : our hospital patients with pancreatic malignant fibrous histiocytoma patients , combined with the country , inside and outside the literature of its clinical features , imaging , pathology and immunohistochemical characteristics , treatment and prognosis analysis . Results: pancreatic tumor resection , postoperative medical linear accelerator to take three-dimensional conformal precise radiotherapy , follow - up of 9 months , no recurrence . Conclusion: of pancreatic malignant fibrous histiocytoma malignant high , easy recurrence and metastasis , the survival rate is low , the diagnosis depends on pathological and immunohistochemical diagnosis . Surgery combined with radiation therapy can prolong the survival time and delay the recurrence of the tumor .
