Abstract


Clinical classification purposes : ( 1 ) investigate the humerus surgical neck fracture ; ( 2 ) Observation closed reduction and cut the reset humeral locking proximal humerus surgical neck fracture fixation plates (locking proximal humerus plate: LPHP) clinical efficacy . Methods: A retrospective analysis of 60 cases of patients with proximal humerus fractures ( closed reduction group and the surgical treatment group , 30 cases ) , the follow-up of patients with shoulder function scoring system of Constant and Murley score , the use of statistical analysis in each group efficacy ; combined treatment method to analyze the factors affecting the efficacy . Results: closed the entire complex group of excellent and good rate of 90 % , LPHP internal fixation group excellent rate 86.7% , no significant difference ( P gt ; 0.05 ) But the former is rated in terms of pain, daily living conditions are the former is superior the latter strength rating , fracture alignment score is superior than the former . Conclusion: ① The new sub- type guide clinical closed the entire complex humerus surgical neck fracture is important. ( 2 ) closed the entire complex treatment of humerus surgical neck fracture recovery of shoulder pain and daily life has more obvious advantages . LPHP internal fixation group for complex treatment of comminuted proximal humerus fractures is still indispensable means , open reduction and the early exercise after LPHP treatment is the key to determining the efficacy of .
