Abstract


The identity of the teachers in the new curriculum reform is an important factor affecting the implementation of the new curriculum . New teachers in Normal Students and competent teachers between the two phases , the dual nature of both of these two phases , the critical period of the teacher career . The identity of the new teachers, new curriculum , not only can understand the status of the new teachers on the new curriculum identity , examine its rise to the new curriculum of all work required quality availability . And theory for the pre-service teacher training and induction training supplement . Job analysis theoretical analysis of teachers ' work can be seen , the implementation of the new high school curriculum to put forward new requirements for the quality of teachers worked . In this study, the use of a questionnaire , from teacher attitudes , behavioral intentions , the new curriculum practicality , and support systems in four areas to investigate the identity of the new high school teachers in the new curriculum . Cf the quality requirements of the new curriculum for teachers , in-depth analysis of teacher training factors on the identity of the new teachers . And from pre-service teacher recruits two stages of culture , training , explore countermeasures to enhance the sense of identity and competence . After investigation , the following conclusions : 1 , from an overall point of view , the general level of acceptance of the new high school teachers on the new curriculum . The intention of the new teachers' attitudes and behavior of the new curriculum is relatively low with the new curriculum practicality , support system agree with a relatively high degree of between contradictory . 3 , the new high school teachers on the quality of the implementation of the new curriculum , to be perfect . New teacher quality improvement and new courses identity , through the appropriate training , training to achieve .
