Adverse effects from parents: parents own literacy, education, ideas and disharmony of the parent-child relationship; adverse effects from teachers: teachers' negative attitude, negative emotions and improper approach to education; adverse effects from the social : anti social interpersonal psychological, shallow cross, psychology and the psychology of trading. Reveal the problem, analyze the reasons on the basis of the method I borrowed Action Research, carried out in their own class work help students build and improve interpersonal practice, including improving the relationship of the student's classmates, teacher-student relationships, parent-child relations, social relationships and other aspects of the content, not only to determine the research objectives, methods, and steps, and also carried out a more detailed study of the process, from the research process to extract the corresponding countermeasures. Their responses are divided into four categories. Countermeasures to improve the parent-child relationship of vocational high school girls: adhere to effective parent-child communication, and establish a good parent-child relationship. The solution is to improve the social relationships of vocational high school girls: the objective to to cognitive social interpersonal improve mental endurance.
