Abstract


The teacher-student relationship is the most basic school, the interpersonal and foremost, it contains very rich social, ethical, educational and psychological aspects. Good teacher-student relationship is conducive to the smooth progress of the teaching work, is conducive to the growth of the health of students, and is also conducive to the building of the campus culture. Therefore, a long time teacher-student relationship has been the focus of educational theory and practice, is also an important aspect of the reform of the world sex education teaching. High school language teaching is for students with active thinking, teach thoughtful texts, to some extent, the high school language teaching process is the exchange of ideas between teachers and students, the process of collision mind, harmonious teacher-student relationship, it is impossible to successfully carry out language teaching activities. This subject characteristics of high school language means that language teachers by teaching students the full range of training, while teaching basic language knowledge, cultivate the basic capabilities of the language, imperceptibly to cultivate sentiments of students, improve their personality and establish a close and harmonious relationship between teachers and students in the process. Engaged in more than 10 years of language teaching work in high school, I am large teacher-student relationship to language teaching, and research at home and abroad to explore the relationship between teachers and students more from the perspective of pedagogy and pedagogical content close enough, I tried to combine language teaching practices to reflect further on this topic, thesis broadly discussed from the following aspects: the first chapter, the first overview of the research status at home and abroad on the problem of the relationship between teachers and students, followed by the dialectic of high school language teaching and between both of the teacher-student relationship, and ultimately theoretically affirmed the positive significance of the teacher-student relationship between high school language teaching. The second chapter, the analysis of the problems in high school language teaching in the teacher-student relationship, and to explore the root cause of these problems, combined with the performance of the different modes of teacher-student relationship, correct positioning of the characteristics of a harmonious relationship between teachers and students in high school language teaching for later approach provides a realistic basis. The third chapter, thinking strategy to establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and students in the high school language teaching process, combined with classroom teaching situation, teaching evaluation mechanisms, and based on the various elements and aspects of the teaching of high school language classroom, to explore the building of a harmonious teacher-student relationship .
