Abstract


With the deepening of curriculum reform, the desire of biology teachers' professional development is more and more urgent, for the small number of teachers in biology, young age, and new ideas, looking for a sustained, effective, convenient, new teachers professional development road became a reality is an urgent requirement. Online learning community is a network means and technologies new ways to carry out the professional development of teachers, in an open, equitable, shared communication into each other's activities, to build a new platform for the majority of teachers' professional development growth. This paper explores online learning community to promote the theoretical basis of the biology teachers' professional development, the \formation of a biology teacher professional quality of three dimensions: professional knowledge, professional ability, professional attitude to explore online learning community biology teachers. In this paper, research and analysis, we can draw the following conclusions: (1) participate in the forum of teachers in the 31-39 years of age, to teach a distributed mostly focus on schools in the counties and cities; (2) online learning community and conventional teaching and research professional development of teachers play an important role; (3) in the learning community, teachers are more concerned in the sharing of resources and questions Discrimination; (4) online learning community atmosphere is very important, more significant role of guide ; (5) the professional quality of the online learning community for biology teachers play an important role in older teachers, the teachers in the school where the position of the more developed, the quality of teachers' professional development more significant; (6) online learning community can promote the improvement of teachers' professional knowledge, general cultural knowledge to the highest score, the lowest score; knowledge of educational psychology (7) male teachers, teachers where the more developed school location, the teachers in the school where the lower level, the more obvious the effect of network development expertise; (8) online learning community to promote the improvement of teachers' professional capacity, which information processing ability, computer skills improve more obvious, the experimental operation ability is not obvious; (9) teachers where the more developed school location, the higher the level schools the development of professional competence through the network effect is more obvious; (10) online learning community to promote the improvement of the professional competence of teachers, especially in terms of willingness to development of teachers and professional sentiments; (11) the higher the titles of teachers, school location more developed, teacher professional attitude improved more significantly. On the basis of the above conclusions, further combing the positive role of the online learning community: to expand the teaching and research of space-time, and highlights the main body of the teaching and research activities to stimulate the consciousness of self-development, to expand the effect of teamwork, and narrow the gap between urban and rural teachers. For the establishment and development of the online learning community, made the following recommendations: (1) curriculum experts are regularly invited to renowned teachers to participate in the online discussion, and guidance of a regional network of learning activities, their advanced education teaching philosophies and methods to integrate into the local teaching practice, teachers to lead the network learning; (2) actively relying backbone teachers, carry out the popular gathering driven network learning, their growing sentiment is a valuable resource for other teachers are interested and willing to learn; (3) The combination of classroom teaching practice to determine the stage of discussion theme to guide front-line teachers for teaching practice, teaching cases, ask questions, and discuss and solve the problem; (4) teachers blog space, record and reflect on their own teaching behavior, publish personal work experience and life story further sublimation network learning.
