Abstract


Teaching reform for many years , a variety of new educational theory thinking , a variety of new teaching mode , the method means the constant flood of the classroom, but not internalized into the wisdom of the teachers themselves . First you need to train highly qualified personnel capable of learning , innovative capacity each teacher has the wisdom and ability of education . Use the wisdom of education , to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching should be a way out of our education reform . Survey of classroom teaching point of view, the the language classroom inefficiency still exist . Reason , teachers can not use the teaching wit , will lead the effectiveness of teaching and efficient . I tried to improve classroom education wisdom perspective , seeking to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching . This article will find about ancient and modern literature study on the effectiveness of classroom teaching theory and practice , and then clarify the connotation of classroom effectiveness and wisdom of Education , and then in the theory and practice of identifying the use of education to promote the effectiveness of classroom teaching wisdom strategy.
