Abstract


At present , the reform of basic education is entering the intensive phase of the quality of education , in order to promote the overall development of students as the goal of educational development is entering a new phase . Based on the important role of the teacher , their qualities and team building , directly affect the implementation of quality education . Degree of specialization of the class teacher , became the key to the success of quality education . Dezhou junior high school teacher professional development status quo , help found the practical problems encountered in teacher professional development , will help broaden the horizons of the teacher ranks , to find the effective measures to enhance teacher work , and promote the process of junior high school teacher professional development more conducive to improving the quality and level of quality education .
