Abstract


Build a harmonious society and concern for the healthy development of today, the lack of youth pro-social behavior has become a social and researchers urgent attention. Pro-social behavior can voluntarily make benefit to others and promote with others to form a harmonious interpersonal behavior. It is not only conducive to the establishment and maintenance of social order, but also conducive to individual self-development. Implicit pro-social behavior is an implicit psychological structure formed by a different from the traditional explicit pro-social behavior by past experience, this psychological structure will potentially affect the judgment of individuals with pro-social and behavior. With the gradually deepening understanding of pro-social behavior, people aware of pro-social behavior is part of human nature, which produces a certain race genetic, social and environmental factors. Prosocial behavior research context, the research, the use of peer assessment, the Implicit Association Test (IAT) and self-evaluation methods of measurement, and to verify the effect of the separation of pro-social behavior, examine explicit self-esteem, implicit self-esteem and parenting styles Explicit, implicit pro-social behavior, the impact of the emergence and development of pro-social behavior, culture for young people to provide a theoretical significance. In this study include the following aspects: a study of 128 college students, a youth identity pro-social behavior, altruistic pro-social behavior, compliance with welfare pro-social behavior, relational prosocial behavior, trait four dimensions of sexual pro-social behavior, the use of peer evaluation method measured explicit pro-social behavior; nominations were collected pro-social and pro-social vocabulary, students IAT measured implicit pro-social behavior, to examine implicit prosocial behavior and separation effect. Second, Rosenberger The Self-Esteem Scale Test explicit self-esteem; self-esteem IAT measured implicit self-esteem, to explore explicit and implicit self-esteem and explicit and implicit pro-social behavior relationship, explicit self-esteem the role of implicit self-esteem and exon between pro-social behavior, and explicit self-esteem, the relationship between implicit self-esteem separation and pro-social behavior. Third, the \Finally, the results of this study in the discussion section theoretical interpretation, in-depth discussion of the explicit and implicit self-esteem, parenting styles influence of pro-social behavior, prosocial behavior and outlook for future research trends. The results were as follows: (1) college students pro-social behavior exists within recessive, and there are no gender differences; implicit pro-social behavior and explicit prosocial behavior exists separation effect are two relatively independent of the structure. (2) college students outside remarkable self-esteem and the outer significant pro-social behavior, the presence of significantly positive correlation within the implicit pro-social behavior without significantly with related; implicit self-esteem within the implicit pro-social behavior have a significant positive correlation; and outer significant pro-social behavior without significantly related. Regulate between relational prosocial behavior (3) explicit self-esteem implicit self-esteem and explicit, concrete manifestation of for explicit low self-esteem individuals, lower implicit self-esteem, the easier to make relational pro-social behavior. (4) explicit self-esteem, a significant positive correlation implicit self-esteem separation and compliance with the public welfare, trait, relational pro-social behavior, with the implicit pro-social behavior have a very significant negative related, show that the explicit self-esteem the higher implicit self-esteem, compliance with public welfare of the individual, the relationship, the stronger the trait prosocial behavior, explicit self-esteem within the higher implicit self-esteem individuals tend to lower the implicit pro-social behavior. (5) the existence of different levels of related parenting styles and students explicit pro-social behavior, tend not significantly related with the implicit pro-social behavior.
