Abstract


The study of the rise with positive psychology and positive organizational behavior , human strengths and positive mental ability has been increasingly widespread attention and study . In this context , as a positive personal status , job involvement (work engagement) into the people's vision of organizational behavior and human resource management field a new hotspot . Three decades of reform and opening up , the teacher 's own research has been widespread concern. This study put into the work of the Nanchang -service teachers , work values ??, and the relationship of achievement motivation conducted a preliminary investigation and research , the purpose is to think and learn to adjust and improve the status the Teachers of work put into and provide appropriate interventions for the future provide a reference . This study conducted a questionnaire survey of teachers by Nanchang , a total of 350 questionnaires were issued , 285 questionnaires , 285 valid questionnaires . Recovered data using the spss statistics software for processing , the results show that : ( 1 ) teachers work put into the overall level ; teachers in work values ??score is not high , the low score on the level of achievement motivation . ( 2 ) the purpose of the values ??of the teachers and the level of achievement motivation and job involvement and its various dimensions between significant positive correlation . (3) personal growth , dignity and self-realization , the motivation of successful social interaction and the pursuit of the four dimensions of the various dimensions of job involvement has significant predictive power . (4 ) achievement motivation through the intermediary role of work values ??affect job involvement .
