Abstract


In recent years, with the rapid development of the economy , the pace of life gradually accelerated , various lead to a large number of the students psychological stress factors increase the importance of the issue of college psychological counseling are also increasingly prominent . Although many scholars have expressed concern that the launching position of the college psychological counseling , but the view from the existing research , there are still a variety of deficiencies . In this study, it is on the basis of previous studies of college counseling situation all aspects of the investigation , the main purpose is to analyze the existing problems in the Shanghai College Psychological Counseling , exploring the road of development , and hope that through this study provides useful suggestions for the Shanghai college Psychological Counseling , so as to promote the development of China 's college advisory work . The study found that the current the major universities hardware management overall weak external support system is not optimistic . Characteristics of psychological counseling team was younger and highly educated , with an average age of 28.5 years , the consulting team 's preparation and uncertain system , a considerable part of the consulting staff for part-time work , job classification and promotion on all problems in the training of professional qualifications there are different views on the issue . Shanghai college students overall mental health condition , but comparatively speaking , boys significantly higher than girls on depression and paranoia , and found that college students' psychological confusion and pressure of the top three at the same time : employment and academic , interpersonal and emotional issues . The Shanghai university psychological counseling mode single case consultation , consultation, face consultation , otherwise uses less . Many college counseling staff that the relevant departments of the clear psychological counseling assessment and Engagement System , to sound psychological counseling Steering system to improve the post- training system is an important guarantee to accelerate the construction of the psychological counseling team , at the same time hope that the Ministry of National Education , the City Department of Education , the school party and government leaders more emphasis on college counseling agencies , the corresponding institutional policy support as well as the integration of social resources , and provide more development space for the Shanghai college Psychological Consultation .
