Abstract


Happiness is an old and often a new topic , an important element in the study of happiness is also positive psychology . Based on a different philosophy background , happiness is divided into two research SWB and PWB orientation . Subjective well-being (Subjective well-being, SWB) is a comprehensive psychological indicators to measure the quality of people's lives , and the is evaluators individuals to their overall assessment of the quality of life . Psychological well-being (Psychological well-being, PWB) is in good condition and the evaluation of the degree of realization of the potential of the human psychological functions . The preparation of the students 'mental well-being questionnaire study based on the theory of psychological well-being , and application of the questionnaire to explore students' mental well-being status and self-esteem , social support and psychological well-being relationship . The main conclusions are as follows : 1 . Preparation of the students' mental well-being questionnaire , examination of psychological well-being for high school students that have good reliability and validity . School students' mental well-being higher overall average , but there is still a certain percentage of high school students a lower level of psychological well-being ; gradually decreased with increasing grade school students' mental well-being ; school students' mental well-being obvious gender differences , girls in the overall level of psychological well-being , altruistic behavior , personal growth , environmental grasp health concern levels were significantly higher than boys. Self-esteem , social support and psychological well-being was significantly positively related to self-esteem, social support are important predictors of psychological well-being . Self-esteem is the mediating variables of social support and psychological well-being . The preparation of this study, the students 'mental well-being , and to understand the basic situation of students' mental well-being , to explore the self-esteem , the relationship between social support and psychological well-being . This is both to enrich and deepen the sense of happiness research theory also has important practical significance to improve and enhance the high school students happiness .
