Abstract


With the popularity of emotional intelligence , emotional intelligence research from the concept to the structure and then measuring has always been academia controversial object . Therefore, this study will introduce a new emotional intelligence scale EIQu, the classic emotional intelligence scale EIS contrast , analysis of both reliability and validity , and to explore the emotional intelligence of college students situation for college students . Increasing competition in the university , fewer and fewer job opportunities , social and economic inequality , as well as families abnormalities are college students more easily in the test scenarios to deal with problems and conflicts , therefore also become a study of college students psychological resilience hot spots. Research on Emotional Intelligence Scale EIQu resilience scale RS amendments to investigate the reliability and validity in the context of Chinese college students , and college students to test their emotional intelligence , psychological resilience and self - harmony three psychological factors investigation . The results showed that : the EIS has a good reliability and validity ; validity in EIQu , but the reliability is not enough ; university student 's emotional intelligence there differences in gender and achievement ; different grades students 'mental resilience are significantly different : University Students' Self degree of low overall ; harmonious existence of different gender students a significant difference ; significant correlation between emotional intelligence and self- harmony of two psychological variables and psychological resilience ; emotional intelligence and self- harmony predict a certain degree of psychological resilience . According to the results of this study with reference to previous studies , this paper put forward suggestions and psychological resilience directions for future research measuring the development of emotional intelligence to make outlook .
