Abstract


The youth network moral issue is a social problem, but also brought by the development of modern problems. According to the survey, the current youth network moral sensuality serious of and extremism personal tendencies, the treatment of personal interests had a departure from the attitude, values ??of life presents a multi-orientation, national cultural identity there is a crisis, the traditional virtues is facing serious challenges, ignoring the network code of ethics and other issues . Caused the Youth Network moral crisis, mainly due to three aspects: the paradox of the existence of the state of the network culture is the the ontology root cause of the Youth Network moral crisis; the network cultural crisis is the essence of the moral crisis of the youth network; lack of social and cultural action to promote public governance is difficult to contain external causes of adolescent the network moral crisis spread. Network moral education in public governance ideas and frameworks: network management into the governance structure of the government social and public management; strengthen the network and legal system to build a network of civil society in accordance with the law; transformation of government to ensure that the dominant position of Internet freedom; improve public policy to establish a network of public pluralistic and participatory governance the complementary mechanism; establish a government-led community involvement a planar network management pattern. Life of the network moral education, should be based on the students the reality of life online, especially online moral conflict, to construct student network moral qualities in life experience.
