Abstract

Hyundai Motor Manufacturing has a high degree of mechanization , automation and flow operations , but the assembly trim line production operator to work every day to be repetitive , mechanical lifting shock absorber with a mass of 10kg and maintain lean forward squatting operating posture posture , physical work load is significantly larger , long-term exposure in the state do not meet safety Ergonomics prone to occupational fatigue , so research operations in the station 's physical workload and occupational fatigue the problem is more common and widespread value . Based on the above background , this study selected the car interior production line shock absorber mounting station action cycle as a starting point , action safety analysis method , the related biomechanical analysis calculation method and Jack the safety of human-machine software simulation analysis means to find out in this station caused by occupational fatigue , especially occupational musculoskeletal injury ( WMSD) suspicious action to determine whether there is a risk of operator hurt , and analysis of what causes this station operations WMSD risk proposed to reduce and prevent such problems , ideas or suggestions . The main conclusions and results obtained are as follows : ( 1 ) single instantaneous value of the force does not exceed NOISH provisions 3400N limit load value , and therefore subject to the force of reason is not caused by occupational fatigue , especially WMSD main reason . ( 2 ) long-term at the same operating posture or repetition frequency is higher and there is not enough recovery time is the main reason of occupational fatigue of this station . (3) in an operation cycle of 32 decomposition operation , the fastening operation of the rear shock absorber and the bulk operations because theoretical recovery time is less than the actual operating cycle time , so that an operator does not have enough time to recover from fatigue , and the degree of muscle fatigue heavier 40s operating time requires a recovery time of about 360s , while the recovery time is provided by these two sets of operating only 88s and 37S , so these two actions is in this station occupational fatigue chance occurs larger action . ( 4) In this study, the design of two improved posture to reduce occupational disease by squatting instead of kneeling position and change the orbital inclination to reduce intervertebral disc compressive stress and tensile stress , thereby reducing the risk of employees suffering from occupational fatigue ; prevention of occupational safety incidents have important practical significance .
