Abstract

In the context of professional social work, the growing importance of social workers, a large number of scholars to turn their attention to the social workers, the quality of research and quality of development. Survey of social workers on the basis of this study, summed up the attitude and behavior towards social work, and the combination of sociology theoretical analysis of the relationship between attitudes and behaviors influencing factors and the attitude and behavior, and finally the professional requirements for factors caused by the differences of the attitudes and behavior of social workers, coping strategies.
