Abstract


Shortly after the first part to the introduction of the AML , the first encounter of the insurance industry as the research object antitrust dispute . By introducing the original defendant, both claims and grounds , and the case ultimately the outcome of the trial , a list of the point of view of both the original defendant , the focus of controversy in the case , generalizations , and a brief analysis and assessment , and this leads to the discussion of the topic of the article , and that anti-monopoly law whether it has applicability in the Chinese insurance industry . Subsequently clarify China's insurance industry does not belong to the natural monopoly industries , a clear purpose and relevance of the implementation of the anti-monopoly law, \concluded that the antitrust laws have applicability in the Chinese insurance industry . In the next chapter of \Antitrust immunity from the monopoly of the main body of the agreement , and the monopoly agreement several angles through the analysis of the AML Law Interpretation , self-discipline of the defendant 's car insurance premiums in the case of a monopoly agreement . Finally, this case come out of the thinking of the Insurance Association of the challenges faced in the implementation of the anti-monopoly law , and response measures , and around which discusses .
