Abstract


History of the development of computer technology is also in a sense automatic data acquisition , generation and processing history. Currently, the global database services for all sectors not only in the number of fast growth, but is also growing in size . Data mining is in this context of application needs to generate and rapidly developed an important area of ??research . With the deepening of China's insurance system reform , WTO to join the full access to foreign insurance companies , China's insurance industry increasingly fierce competition . Compared with other industries , the insurance industry has more data about customers , who can rightly mining and analysis of these data in hidden knowledge who will be able to better control the customer claims risk, while they can provide better customer insurance products and services to win in the competition . Domestic research in this area has just started , the foreign greatly in this regard has been ahead of the country. Therefore, the study of data mining technology in the application of China's insurance industry has an important value. Data mining technology is an advanced information processing technology , auto insurance is with the auto industry to accelerate the development and people's living standards improve and developed a kind of insurance business , with the auto industry to accelerate the development and people's purchasing power increases, the insurance company how to effectively use existing data to reform themselves and promote their own insurance business , the insurance companies have become issues of common concern . This paper describes the status of the auto insurance industry , the classification of data mining techniques , methods , application process ; explores the automobile insurance business decisions in data mining models and algorithms. In this paper, the status of the auto insurance business , issues and trends analysis , put forward a data mining technology to the auto insurance system , focusing on how to apply data mining techniques to improve the level of auto insurance analysis , and risk analysis for clients , insurance behavior analysis , customer value analysis, and fraud detection four business topics of data mining applications process design and modeling , and use CTree software model was further validation and evaluation.
