Abstract


With the increasing competition in the telecommunications market , in order to retain and to expand into new markets , telecom operators , especially the business complexity of the fixed-line telecom operators continue to increase , growing business systems , increasing revenue point . Traditional manual tabulation , manual transmission revenue model no longer meet current business needs . In order to adapt to the needs of a new mode of business telecommunications enterprise revenue management , revenue centralized management system reform and revenue centralized management system construction was put on the agenda . The purpose of this paper is the development and application of methods of research revenue centralized management system , through the revenue centralized building management system , automated data collection of multi - source revenue data , automatic data management , and automatic report generation and report to show the process . Delphi7 programming language as a system support software , winXP operating system as a platform to support Delphi7 operating system to control the software running . Both work around the database design and hands-on programming practices . To access the plug- BDE, ODAC such knowledge and understanding of database Oracle development tools Delphi and database access , database table design and programming for the various functional modules of the system , to finalize the revenue centralized management system . In this paper, B / SC / S mixed structure to build the system , system maintenance and operation of the data processing requirements and data processing stage operating personnel on the operation of the system management needs through the C / S mode , B / S and C / S phase the combination of source data entry personnel data access needs. Automatic interface system and major revenue source system data (85 % ) between the source data acquisition , and data transfer using automatic interface between the ERP system ( financial system ) . The system functions within the system completely done directly by the source code , C / S users to install software client can be , without any other configuration , easy-to-use .
