Abstract


The food is a colossal strategic materials , in the current situation , the purpose of the national food reserves has not only prepare for war against natural disasters , food is also an important means of control . Government through the basic price of food regulation , to help farmers increase income , adjusting the industrial structure , control the process of urbanization response to the economic and financial crisis . But the number of the current grain purchasing and storage enterprises , small-scale , scattered layout and backward management is not conducive to national regulators and regulation . This article is from the security point of strengthening national food reserves , through the construction of a fully functional information system to improve the level of food supervision , standardize business processes , increase regulation and control operational risks, to ensure national food security . More involved in this project to both e-government construction also includes the construction of core business systems , not only to collate the food business but also on the current information technology research and selection , can learn from the experience less , on the basis of full investigation , first establish a more reasonable information systems architecture , and then according to the different periods of construction of key building objectives and the methods to achieve .
