In experimental teaching management in colleges and universities, the application and review of the budget is an important link in management, in order to make the process to realize office automation and informatization. We will develop a set of "experimental teaching budget report audit system to replace the traditional manual filing and audit, using SSH framework combination technology, to achieve a set of web application system based on B/S mode. System will have a department secretary declaration, dean experiment, director of the center for audit and review three major modules. Each unit can be distributed through the network experimental teaching in their own office to complete the declaration and audit process, from the traditional reporting and auditing in between each unit. At the same time, the information of digital also provides the scientific basis for the decision of managers to make management more standardized. System implementation, make the department work efficiency greatly improved, various error is relatively reduced. Through the analysis of the data, reduce a lot of repeat application, reduce the waste of budget experiment teaching efficiency can be enhanced greatly. The system by the user's consistent high praise, greatly speed up the informatization construction of department, the successful completion of the original design task.
