Abstract


Armies in the field, whether in a combat mission, or in a variety of non-combat operations, is charged with an important mission the transportation force determines the strength of the rapid response and mobility of the armies in the field. Armies in the field of transport tasks to complete by wheeled vehicles, the management approach is still the way by hand to record and store information, this approach has seriously hampered the efficiency of the transport commanders in the allocation of capacity and dispatch vehicles. This paper, the design and implementation of field armies vehicle management system, the use of large computer storage capacity, high-performance processing power, highly reliable data security and clear visualization of data and other advantages to assist the armies in the field management of vehicles, but also for the transport the commander's judgment and decision-making reference. This paper first introduces the relevant background knowledge, including the introduction of management information systems, systems development method of choice, the choice of development and runtime environment and system development involves technology. And field armies vehicle management features, the functional requirements of the the field armies vehicle management, and the overall design of the system, as well as the detailed design according to the actual use of the armies in the field. The system consists of data entry and inquiry function module entry and storage vehicle information, driver information, vehicle maintenance information and comprehensive analysis, statistical reports, vehicle dispatch and other functions. Users who have access to the information entered modify and print statements, the repairman users can log in vehicle maintenance information interface, the registered vehicles maintenance and repair time, easy-to-vehicle tracking management. Comprehensive analysis function according to the conditions set query to meet the requirements of the vehicles and drivers to provide a reliable basis for commanders to deploy the capacity. System's future development tools using Visual Studio.Net C # the background development tools using Oracle9i database management system. Using Power Designer database model to model, using JavaScript script at the same time to HTML interface controls interaction with the user and the use of Ajax client and server-side data exchange. In Windows XP development environment, the preparation of a detailed code of each module, and test by the the field armies vehicle management department, the system to normal operation.
