Abstract


Now, product designers during the development, design, the selection of its parts must first consider the standard parts. The survey analysis shows, the number of standard parts accounted for about 60% to about 30% of the parts is a common variant design pieces, while only about 10% of components developed according to the special needs of customers. Standard parts in the design process that require frequent access to a variety of design manual. According to statistics, the selection of standard parts and draw about 70% of the total design time. So, in the product design, the design of the standard parts is a time-consuming, labor-intensive with very repetitive work, which is clearly incompatible with the increasingly fierce market competition environment. In the mechanical design process, designers often find the parts you need to sample from the standard manuals and parts suppliers; then draw the part on the drawing with CAD tools, which will cost the designers a lot of energy and because a large number of parts use and lead to a lot of repetitive work. In order to reduce duplication of effort, improve and give full play to the efficiency of CAD, there is an urgent need to create a library of standard parts. Standard parts library established, we put it on a network platform, through some sort of pattern to allow enterprise users or individual users can download the shared use of standard parts library resources. ASP (Application Service Provider: application service provider) is a service model to meet the purpose of sharing resources. The the ASP main idea is to network transfer tool, to provide users with a variety of applications and services. This project draws on the thinking of the ASP services, will make a good standard parts library is linked to the network platform, so that the majority of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises and individual users to download. The paper's main work is as follows: (1) the ASP architecture 3D standard parts library system, hardware and software architecture of the organization. The ASP architecture of the system must be able to solve the four aspects of the standard parts library access, management, performance, and security in the distributed environment. In order to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the system, it is necessary to study its architecture; (2) standard parts model variables modeling principle. Standard parts of the variable modeling variational design standard parts, but also to achieve the 3D standard parts variable online driver's guarantee. Standard parts model variable modeling principles and methods, and will help to the variable call functions of the standard parts library for Solid Edge software secondary development services; (3) Solid Edge software secondary development of technology research. On the basis of the study Solid Edge object hierarchy in VB by reference the type library of the Solid Edge first, and then with VB call for Solid Edge template object library; (4) mechanical standard parts library ASP service platform implementation . ASP service platform architecture and functional framework for ASP service platform designed first and last production site. Use standard parts library in ASP application service platform, to achieve the purpose of the users to share the resources of standard parts library.
