Abstract


Business property insurance companies to resolve their risk for the purpose of purchasing commercial property insurance. Commercial property insurance needs theory, through the purchase of commercial property insurance, companies can effectively control the risk of bankruptcy , relieve commission - agent problem , reduce the tax burden expectations , and improving risk management standards , thereby improving organizational management, improve enterprise value. This article from the theoretical and empirical perspectives of the enterprise property insurance needs. At the theoretical level , this paper summarizes the main commercial property insurance needs models to explore the reasons for insurance companies to analyze the insurance companies in mitigating conflicts, the role of corporate risk control . In the empirical level, this paper collected from 1999 to 2006 Chinese provincial data, using econometric models of demand for insurance companies and corporate relationship between risk and related policies , explaining the reasons for inadequate business insurance needs , and our future development of the commercial property insurance market reasonable suggestions .
