Abstract


Along with the process of global financial integration, speed up , foreign banks began to stare at the private banking markets around the world , one of the most potential in China 's private banking market . They want to hang onto itself own business experience , and the China Interbank they compete for private banking customers . For Chinese banks , private banks are a new business , a new challenge . This article first reference to foreign banks to carry out private banking experience , in turn selected three outstanding behalf of the European , American and Asian private banking , Swiss Bank , Citibank and Standard Chartered Bank as an example , the study of the several private banks and elaboration. This will help China 's commercial banks to carry out private banking business and enhance their competitiveness. Second , due to the dramatic growth of the Asia - Pacific HNWI , especially the rapid growth of China's emerging wealthy individuals , making the foreign and domestic major banks are eyeing the emerging affluent people , how to expand into emerging HNWI market , how to attract them and for them provide professional, caring , attentive service , has become an urgent need to study the practical issue . In the country , some banks have already launched a private banking business , research and analysis have been carried out of the current development of the private banking business , summed up the problem of China's banking private banking , as well as to further improve the service model of private banking model , to be where all of this article the content of the discussion . Finally, this paper focuses on the development of China 's private banking business and regulatory measures , a detailed analysis of the organizational structure of the development of private banking , risk management , legal and regulatory , and the conclusion of this article : the private banking business in China started to carry out , although showed some salient features of foreign private banks , but it still showed the characteristics in line with China's national conditions . Only based on the Chinese domestic market and culture , on the basis of in -depth understanding of the characteristics , needs and preferences of the local private banking customers , in order to really create a strong competitive private banking , and with Chinese characteristics .
