Abstract


Based on contemporary economic development process, due to the important role of SMEs in the national economy increasingly prominent , although the state and governments at all levels attach great importance to the development of SMEs , SME financing , but is still very difficult. Taking into account the current situation of China's financial markets , the financial markets are not well developed capital market still accounts for a smaller proportion of direct financing , direct financing through the capital market for SMEs more difficult . This paper presents banks to provide credit support to SMEs feasibility and necessity to elaborate. In this paper, using the effective investigation and theoretical analysis of a combination of methods . First, Beijing SME development and funding needs to conduct research and analysis, can be more objectively reflect Beijing bank financing of SMEs status and needs , summarize and explore the commercial banks to provide credit support to SMEs principle , to a certain risk tolerance range , increase credit support for SMEs in order to seek solutions from commercial banks financing difficulties of SMEs problems. In this paper, the study concluded : small business financing must be supported by the government and the banking supervision department under the SME -specific credit policies in support of the bank to change the existing SME credit approval and management models, SMEs can obtain from the bank successfully financing, the funds required to meet the development of SMEs , to further promote sound and rapid development of SMEs .
