Abstract


Corporate bond has a comparative advantage in financing , is one of the important channels of corporate finance , at the same time play an important role in stabilizing the financial markets , and the prevention of financial crises . The bond market is an important part of the financial markets , and the general direction of the vigorous development of China's corporate bond market has been established . Study abroad , especially in the mode and the system of Western countries, the development of corporate bonds on the basis of learning and useful experience to draw on their proposed the establishment of a set suitable for China's national conditions , scientific and efficient corporate bond issuance , trading and settlement patterns and system method regulatory measures of development and the relevant departments of the corporate bond market played an important role in the reference . The paper is divided into four parts , the purpose and significance of this writing and research methods were introduced ; concepts and theory of corporate bonds ; then introduced the foreign markets , especially the United States , European countries and Japan and other Asian countries , the situation of the bond market , and pointed out that on the Finally , learn from the experience of the development of China 's bond market ; combined with the experience of Western countries the comprehensive systematic exposition of our current and correct approach should be taken from the issuance of corporate bonds , trading, custody liquidation .
