Abstract


Performance management is an advanced management methods suitable for modern commercial bank , China 's four major commercial banks , joint-stock reform , without exception, select performance management change as an important content , as one of the effective means to enhance the competitiveness of banks . At present , the Agricultural Bank of China is now in a critical period of the joint-stock reform and \Performance management is not only concerned about the general direction of the strategic development , but also to the vital interests of each employee , the introduction and deepen the focus of most problems in the bank-wide . In this context , the paper first theoretical analysis based on the concept of performance management and the departure from the strategy -oriented performance management to discuss the Economic Value Added , the principle of management by objectives , balanced scorecard and key performance indicator approach each applied performance management processes and methods , their advantages and disadvantages . Secondly, to Agricultural Bank A Shifen behavior research object, on the basis of the analysis through its performance management situation , from a strategic point of departure Construction of performance management system in accordance with the strategic direction , on the basis of the balanced scorecard principle the field of strategic objectives and key performance down to every level , and thus construct a balanced scorecard - based KPI system ; combined capacity index system together constitute the branch 's performance management system .
