Abstract


Foreign direct investment is the main form of international investment . With the accelerated pace of liberalization and integration of the world economy , the foreign direct investment in the Chinese economy playing an increasingly important role , to become a very active part in the economy of our country . The 2008 financial crisis for the U.S. economy suffered a recession in danger , but also to have serious negative impact on global economic growth , foreign direct investment in China fell for eight consecutive months . On the surface, this is of course the negative effects of the global financial crisis , but on the other hand , has also exposed our current irrational industrial structure . In the reform and opening up of the first three years of the expiry of the moment , in fact , also happens to be an assessment to be amended as necessary in accordance with the new thinking , and puts forward the best time of the new strategy . Firstly, from international trade theory elements of the international flow of knowledge and research background paper introduces the basic overview of foreign direct investment , the role of foreign direct investment for sustained and rapid development of China's economic depth and affirmed . Then studied the distribution of the current situation of China 's industrial structure as well as foreign direct investment , industrial structure , and in-depth analysis of the reasons for its distribution , combined with China's industrial structure , the question of the need for industrial restructuring .
