Abstract


The purpose of this paper is to improve this system concern the repurchase of shares of listed companies in China , the listed company share buy-back system in our country to give full play to the positive effects of rapid economic development today . The transfer of shares in circulation is the development of the market economy will inevitably require the assets of the way they operate . But not well managed , may cause negative effects . This paper first introduces the legal basis and the economic base of the shares of listed companies repurchase system , analyze the possibility and necessity of the system , and pointed out that the system prone to problems in practice . The Share Repurchase system is developed with the Western securities market development and improvement . In this paper, the repurchase of shares of listed companies foreign legislation to draw the characteristics of the place of the repurchase of shares of listed companies in China , for example, according to China's national conditions and to analyze specific issues , to put forward their views on the development of countermeasures for China's national conditions . Positive law , comparative law , value analysis methods applied in this writing .
