Abstract


In the context of the era of global economic integration , the well-known trademark for an enterprise of a nation or a country is particularly important , and to some extent has become an important indicator to measure the competitiveness of enterprises and the economic strength of a country , so the well-known trademarks protection has been a hot issue of concern in trademark law , and desalination of well-known trademark is different from a traditional trademark infringement trademark infringement , as a new kind of trademark infringement , but also increasingly attracted people attention , scholars dilution theory already preliminary study , but the Internet 's rapid development and the rise of e-commerce , trademark dilution theory put forward a number of new challenges . Characteristics and developed countries in the form of a well-known trademark dilution analysis and interpretation of the legal regulation of the well-known trademarks , to improve the well-known trademarks in China anti - dilution protection relief mechanisms and legislation to provide a reference to the proposed , which is the main significance of this study . The first part of this paper is the background and characteristics of the well-known trademark dilution elaborated With a basic understanding of trademark dilution , which later leads to pave the way . The second part is the in-depth analysis of the network under the well-known trademark dilution identification , mainly from three aspects identified desalination of well-known trademarks in the network environment . To provide theoretical support behind the anti- dilution protection mechanism . The third part is dilute the comparison of the legal system under the network by the Chinese and foreign well-known trademarks , in particular, the comparison of the legal system in China and the United States to identify the deficiencies of our laws , our anti - dilution protection system for the back of the perfect pinpoint entry point.
