Abstract


Joins WTO along with our country, will integrate the world economics, the participation international competition will be our country Enterprise irresistible choice, whether to survive in the competition and develop and forms own superiority, the key is decided by whether can cultivate has the international standard worldwide basis enterprise, enhancement enterprise’s core competencies.This kind of competition quantity and the superiority are this enterprise originally create, is also enterprise most radically most essential business capacity, in other words, only then in this enterprise, this kind of competition energy and the superiority can obtain the fullest display. Relies on this kind to be most basic, most essential business capacity, the enterprise only then has own market and the benefit. The core competencies decided that the enterprise manages the domain the breadth and the depth, this requests us to implement based on the core competencies enterprise development strategy. But now the financial strategy is also the enterprise strategy the most important, therefore we must implement based on the core competencies business finance strategy.Based on the current in theory and practice of the strategy of enterprise financial exist, corporate finance strategy and the core competence of the cultivation and ascension, the realistic problems from the core competences maximum value of this new perspective, to foster and promote the core competence of the core competence for target, forming process and the process of strategic management of financial enterprises to study the financial strategy.First, in the strategic and redefining the core competence of the financial, review and connotation and the characteristic of this research and analysis of the core competence is directly related to financial theory and based on the theory of strategic, based on the core competence of the definition of financial strategy.Secondly, in the strategic goal of traditional financial knowledge on the basis of the analysis of the core competence, based on the strategic target, and financial environment, financial financial strategy strategic analysis and the core competence of the strategic choice of identifying, financial and core competence, financial strategies and the core competence of cultivation, the financial evaluation and the core competence of the strategy of analyzing interaction, and reveals the strategy and management and financial capability of the essence and core of dissolving, and established based on the core competence of the financial system.Further enrich and perfect the existing enterprise financial strategic management of enterprises, the connotation of the operation and management of financial strategy implementation of certain inspiration.Finally, through the analysis of the core competence and financial strategy of Haier, appliy the financial system on the core competence in this paper for Haier.
