Abstract


Highly developed market economy has prompted the emergence of a large number of enterprise groups, but also becoming more international and occupy an important position in international competition. Enterprise groups to improve the management level, and enhance the competitiveness of their introduction of the ERP project. Wide range of applications in ERP, Enterprise Group Management core financial management also changed the financial management mode gradually not suited to the rapid development of conglomerates, it is very urgent to build a new financial management model, to give full play to the financial management function to promote the development of enterprise groups based ERP financial management mode changes emerged. Bell Carter Group diversified multinational companies as the main steel cord products in recent years, is facing severe challenges of market competition. In order to adapt to changes in the market, the Bell-Carter Group conducted a strategic adjustment, pay attention to tap the potential of the internal focus on the Group's internal management and control, to reduce costs and enhance competitiveness. Therefore, the the Bell Carter Group need to redesign the financial management of the internal control mode to reduce costs, improve efficiency and management level. Bell Carter Group Financial Control ERP advanced management concepts, applying advanced financial management ideas and methods for analysis, while providing appropriate solutions, the hope to strengthen the Group's financial management, enhance competitiveness. The contents of this article is divided into five main sections. The first part of the review of the relevant theory, describes the development of domestic and foreign internal control theory of the development process and ERP theory, and the related theories brief evaluation. The second part is the Bell Carter Group introduced the basic situation, as well as the problems and causes of Group financial management control mode. The third part of the overall design and implementation and optimization measures for the problems of financial control. The fourth part of the safeguards. Finally, a summary of the full text of the lack of research and future directions for future research. 's Work in this article is not pure research, but the application of financial management and control theory to solve practical problems, the authors hope to resolve through the analysis and study of the company's existing financial management control mode, the Group is exposed to the internal control of financial management problems, and provide some practical experience and lessons for the upcoming management system integration project.
